Abstract:
This dissertation examines the concept of intuition in decision-making by means of a Literature
Review and a study of measures within organizations. In the Literature Review, the nature and experience of the
use of intuitive skills and abilities will be examined and discussed. Research questions regarding the relationship
between intuitive-type thought processes and methods of thinking and decision-making are considered. Finally, the
Literature Review will explore rational and non-logical processing styles in decision-making and the organizational
positioning which call for an intuitive approach.

Hat model in the field situations.
