Clugh Consultants was launched in 2001 and is in the process of establishing a reputation of fast, reliable and high quality service. The firm specializes in engineering human systems and focuses on team development, executive coaching and a range of methods to improve workplace performance. The methods used improve corporate performance while simultaneously enhancing the quality of the work environment. Current clients include educational institutions, manufacturing firms and service organizations.

Prior to founding her own firm, Ms. Clugh held various consulting, professional and executive roles in the consumer products, telecommunications, manufacturing and financial sectors. She has served in the functional areas of organizational development, quality management, human resources and sales.

Ms. Clugh has 25 years experience working in areas such as call center management, information systems, telecommunications systems, manufacturing, acquisition integration and quality control management. Her background includes affiliations with American Greetings, Rubbermaid, and IT&T.

Ms. Clugh brings a background that includes work at senior executive levels on both policy and strategic issues. She is experienced at working with various levels of plant management as well as conducting training and development activities with lower level staff and hourly employees.

Ms. Clugh holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organization Psychology and a BA in Education.
