Mr. O'Brien is a Learning Consultant in Caterpillar University. He has more than 33 years experience in various management and consulting capacities including sales, operations/planning and HR.

Mr. O'Brien has demonstrated skills in organizational diagnostics and interventions. He commands the full range of traditional methods as well as having high skill as the more advanced levels of Organizational Engineering technology. His current areas of involvement include leader selection/development/coaching, change management, performance consulting and career counseling.
